Description

The Work of this Contract is for the construction of a two (2) storey addition to an existing Elementary School. Site work involves a fully developed site with civil, landscaping, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and services. The building addition consists of masonry on the lower level and metal cladding above. The roof consists of 2- plymodified SBS Membrane on steel decking.

Mandatory Site Visit: Main Parking Lot; Thursday October 9, 2025, at 15:00 (PST/local time)
