Description

Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from consultant firms to undertake services and construction as outlined in this RFP. Island Health has engaged Tiderra Consulting Ltd. to complete a detailed engineering study to identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) for West Coast General Hospital (WCGH). The primary objective of this initiative is to reduce natural gas consumption and associated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, while also improving system performance and operational efficiency within the facility.
