Notice is hereby given by the Vancouver Community College of its intent to award a contract to Dr. Nicole Harder to provide VCC with Post Secondary Health Education Simulation Expertise supporting BC’s Health Student Practice Education (SPE) Simulation Strategy. The proposed contract is scheduled to commence on October 15, 2025, and conclude on March 31, 2026, with an estimated value between $50,000 and $75,000 CAD

RATIONALE FOR DIRECT AWARD
VCC did not open competition for this award for the following reasons: VCC believes there is no other supplier who possesses the range of interdisciplinary, regulatory, and technological experience required to complete this engagement within the specified timeframe and budget
