Alberta Forestry and Parks - Parks Division (“Alberta Parks”) is seeking a business entity or non-profit organization or Proponent Team to operate and maintain the Premises. Under an FOA, the Operator is responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with running the facilities covered by the agreement, both those from which they generate revenue (campgrounds) and those from which they do not generate revenue (day use areas). This includes ongoing routine maintenance and repairs to infrastructure.
