Description

The City has elected to solicit a tendered price exclusively from Emcon Services Inc. in alignment with its current intention to evaluate the practicality of transitioning road maintenance services to an in-house model. This contract extension will provide the City with the necessary time to comprehensively review all available options, including the potential to initiate a competitive procurement process, if necessary, at the end of the contract term for the future delivery of road maintenance services.
