The City of North Vancouver invites submissions for the attach Request for Qualification (RFQ) of consultant firms with professional experience and expertise in Change Management. The RFQ will be used to establish a shortlist of preferred consultants to work on a variety transformation projects across CNV. CNV is undertaking a range of transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. Consultant firms and/or individuals with demonstrated expertise in leading municipal transformations, covering enterprise-wide culture, business and operating model change, are invited to provide submissions.
