Notice is hereby given by the District of West Vancouver of its intent to contract with Civia Inc dba GovAI for advanced AI capabilities tailored to the needs of the District of West Vancouver's IT and public service operations. Services include genAI using OpenAI's ChatGPT LLM with tight controls around privacy protection and no model learning based on data submitted by the District.

Vendors wishing to raise an objection to this decision should email an official letter of objection presenting specific reasons by Noon, local time, NOvember 12, 2025.
