ICBC is seeking a cloud-based telematics data aggregator solution to support its 2031 strategy for safer, sustainable mobility.
The goal is to collect and standardize telematics data from commercial fleet operators (with their consent) to promote safer driving behavior.
The selected vendor will:
- Aggregate and standardize data from various telematics providers (excluding camera data)
- Host and manage the data
- Provide integration, development, and presentation tools
- Enable secure API connections and workflows
- Deliver final standardized data to ICBC for program use

ICBC will handle consent and vendor connections but not the data collection itself.
