This opportunity seeks to identify and implement a comprehensive Employee Recognition Software/Platform that will enable MacEwan University to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement across all employee groups. The solution should provide an intuitive, user-friendly platform that supports both peer-to-peer and leadership-driven recognition, incorporates reward functionality, and offers customizable features aligned with MacEwan’s institutional values, branding, and operational requirements.

The proposed platform is expected to streamline recognition processes, enhance employee engagement, and provide data and analytics to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. The successful Proponent will demonstrate proven experience in implementing scalable recognition and engagement solutions within complex organizational environments, as well as the capability to provide ongoing technical support, training, and integration with existing systems where applicable.
