Kneehill County hereby provides public notice of its intent to procure one (1) new Caterpillar 938M Wheeled Loader, inclusive of all specified equipment and features. This acquisition will be made through the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada under cooperative purchasing contract #011723-CAT. The Canoe Procurement Group, acting on behalf of the Rural Municipalities Association (RMA), conducted a competitive public tender process in accordance with all applicable procurement regulations.
