The District of North Saanich is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide consulting services to assist with strategic oversight of zoning bylaw amendments as well as the development of density bonus and inclusionary zoning provisions for bylaw. The successful proponent will have experience with writing zoning bylaw amendments and the development of density bonus and inclusionary zoning provisions as well as expertise in market analysis, valuation expertise, development knowledge, prototypical development modelling, land use planning and regulation, community engagement, and land value analysis.
