Signed Proposals marked “Proposal for City of Port Alberni, RFP019-25 Josephine Sanitary Forcemain Somass River Crossing” will be received via email to purchasing up to 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, November 25 th, 2025. Any Proposals received after the stated opening time will not be considered.

The work involves replacement of approximately 880 meters of sanitary sewer forcemain with 450mm dia. HDPE pipe by trenchless installation, surface restoration, and associated works.
