Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-2025-0111 Kinex Arena Lifecycle Repairs Design Services

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms (Engineering & Architectural) for the purpose of providing prime consulting services for the completion of lifecycle repairs for Kinex Arena located in St. albert.

In general, the work to successfully deliver the project to an IFC design stage as well as construction administration throughout the duration of construction. Scope of services shall include, but is not limited to the following:

Detailed Design Services - Including (Data Collection & Field Investigations If Required)
Construction Administration - OPTIONAL
Commissioning/Start-Up Services -OPTIONAL
Post Construction Services - OPTIONAL
