Description

The Village of Cache Creek (“the Village”) invites proposals from qualified contractors (“Proponents”) to design, engineer, supply, install, and commission turn-key solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for three municipal buildings:
• Village Office (1389 Quartz Rd)
• Fire Hall (1240 Quartz Rd)
• Community Hall (1270 Stage Rd)

The Village’s goal is to install systems of no less than 10 kWp on each building, optimizing configurations and costs to maximize BC Hydro and other renewable-energy rebates, while maintaining a total project budget of up to $105,000 CAD (taxes included) before rebates.

The successful Proponent will be responsible for all planning, design, engineering, permits, interconnection, and commissioning to deliver fully operational systems connected to BC Hydro’s grid.
