The Ministry of Culture, Heritage and Language (‘the Ministry’) develops Michif language-learning resources for Métis citizens of all ages. It seeks to create a short animated video featuring woodland animals, targeted for children and adult Michif learners. The audio to accompany the video is approximately 10 minutes long. The animation will be used as part of a toolkit to support Michif learning in the home.
