Description

As load growth continues within the City of Edmonton and as distribution and transmission assets continue to age, EPCOR must determine the best distribution loading strategy going forward such that we are able to prudently invest and build out the electrical system while sustaining customer reliability. As a result, EPCOR is seeking an experienced Proponent to deliver a study that provides market research analysis on whether its current loading policies are optimal to achieving this goal, considering the existing distribution and transmission assets, or whether an alternative set of loading policies might provide greater benefit.
