Introduction Bids are solicited for a Boiler Upgrade project at Sunrise Ridge Elementary School (Site 149)—at 18690-60 Avenue Surrey, B.C. Canada V3S 8L8.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the main entrance of Sunrise Ridge Elementary School (Site 149)- at 18690-60 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3S 8L8 on Nov 20, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
