Description

The Greater Victoria Public Library (GVPL) is issuing Invitation to Tender No. 0001-25 for the provision of janitorial services across twelve library branches within the Greater Victoria area. The contract covers all labour, materials, and equipment required to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in GVPL facilities, beginning February 1, 2026, for a one-year term with two optional one-year extensions

Mandatory Site Tour:
A mandatory site tour will be done at the Central Branch located at 735 Broughton Street, Victoria on Tuesday, November 18th starting at 8:30 am. You must complete and send in your Confirmation Form prior to site tour.
