Supply and delivery of up to two Portable Black Carbon Analyzers must be delivered to the Ministry's Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Branch in Etobicoke, Ontario, by March 31, 2026.
Scope of Work
This Request for Bids (RFB) is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for the Supply and Delivery of up to Two (2) Portable Black Carbon Analyzers to Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks Reporting Branch in Etobicoke, Ontario by March 31, 2026. The Portable Black Carbon Analyzers will be used to better understand and characterize traffic related pollution (heavy duty vehicles) and industrial related emissions in support ministry’s abatement and compliance programs.
