The Town of Whitecourt is looking to upgrade / replace their existing boiler system in the Allan and Jean Millar Centre. The boiler upgrade will consist of additional pumps, heat exchanger upgrades, re-piping including upgraded venting. This includes mechanical and electrical modifications.
