221851 - RFP MTN-2025-01 Janitorial Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide janitorial services for two office facilities in Prince Rupert, British Columbia for a fiveyear term. Through this Request for Proposals process, the Prince Rupert Port Authority (“PRPA”) is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to perform the work required for the Project.

Proponents must visit the work site to verify and become familiar with conditions that may affect performance of the Work. Site visits are to be coordinated with PRPA through the Contact Person. The date for the site visit is NOVEMBER 20, 2025 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM local time. Please notify the Contact Person to schedule this site visit. As a condition of entering the site, the Proponent agrees to comply with, and cause all of its representatives to comply with, all site rules which may be established by PRPA.
