Description

The Board of Education of School District No.39 (Vancouver), hereafter referred to as the “Board”, is requesting expressions of interest from interested parties for operators of the Childcare facilities at the Tecumseh Elementary School.

All Proponents are required to attend a mandatory site visit at Tecumseh Elementary on Friday, November 21, 2025, starting at 09:00 hours (Pacific Time), to view, and inform themselves of, the site and anticipate scope of Work and upgrades relating to the Project. The tour shall start promptly after attendees’ present have completed the sign-in sheet. The cut off for any late attendees will be 09:15 hours. The Board will not consider a Proposal submitted by a Proponent that does not attend the mandatory site visit.
