Description

Add new mechanical equipment such as make up air units, exhaust fans and heat recovery ventilators to improve air supply to specific areas of Spring Gardens Building G. Project includes 4 new make up air units, 4 new exhaust fans, 2 new heat recovery ventilators. Other mechanical, electrical and structural scopes of work are required to support the installation and operation of the new mechanical equipment. Roofing around new mechanical units will be required as well.
