This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for IT managed security services provider.

The AGLC is seeking a top-tier Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to modernize its cybersecurity operations. The goal is to move beyond basic monitoring to a co-managed partnership, with the MSSP taking primary responsibility for day-to-day operations, advanced threat detection, rapid incident response, and ongoing security improvement. The AGLC will remain actively engaged in governance, oversight, and strategic decision-making, while the MSSP delivers the majority of operational services.
