Description

This contract is for the provision of renovating 6 units in Peace River 1, bi-level duplex community housing project located in Peace River, Alberta. The properties are owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by the North Peace Housing Foundation. The scope of work includes complete interior painting, replace all doors inside upstairs and downstairs, supply and install new floor, bathroom renovation, replace light switches, receptacles and light fixtures, remove and replace kitchen cabinets.
