Scope of Work
This Request for Bids (RFB) invites prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for the supply and delivery of replacement parts and equipment to support the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) and roadside air monitoring networks. Deliveries are to be made to the Ministry’s Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Branch in Etobicoke, Ontario, with shipments required by March 31, 2026, and March 31, 2027.

The supplied equipment will support the operation of 38 AQHI stations and 5 roadside air monitoring stations across Ontario, ensuring the continuous collection and reporting of real-time air quality data.
