The City of Grande Prairie ("City") intends to direct award a contract to Jamie Lee Rezak for the provision of consulting services to develop, design and implement a comprehensive Police Dispatch training program for the Integrated Emergency Communication Centre ("IECC"). This decision is based on the goods or services can only be supplied by a particular supplier due to exclusive rights, technical compatibility, or absence of competition for technical reasons; and the procurement is necessary to ensure compatibility with existing products or to maintain specialized services.
