Submissions will be received by NB Power until January 8th at 12:30 [AST] for the following:

Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station
RFP 0087-25-S537
A Mandatory Proponent Meeting & Site Visit will be held on December 12th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., AST and again at 2:00 p.m., AST, at the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station (PLNGS). Participation in one of the two site visits is mandatory.
The station is located on a promontory on the north shore of the Bay of Fundy, about 65 km southwest of Saint John. Access is by road from Highway No. 1. The nearest railway siding is at Saint John. PLNGS' civic address is 122 Countyline Road, Maces Bay, NB E5J 1W1.
The meeting's intent is to allow Proponents to improve their understanding of the planned work scope and the RFP process.
Questions can be sent in advance using the messaging feature of the Platform.
Proponents interested in participating are required to register in advance on the Platform for one of the two available timeslots. The deadline to register is December 4h, at 12 p.m., AST.
Due to limited space, each proponent is allowed two (2) representatives for the Site Visit. The names of the individuals must be submitted at the time of registration. Individuals will need to provide some personal information to register with security for access to this secure facility.
NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire Interactive) Platform ("Platform"). All procurement activity including but not limited to the solicitation documents, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and submissions will be carried out using the Platform. See attached Euna Procurement Platform Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the Platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities
Network (NBON) website will continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice. NB Power reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions.
Solicitation documents and amendments to this notice are available on the Euna Procurement Platform website at: https://nbpower.bonfirehub.ca
It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any submission received after the closing date and time will be rejected.
There will be no public opening. Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.
