RFP-2025-05 - RFP-2025-05 Rothesay Intergenerational Community Complex (RICC)

The Town of Rothesay invites proposals from qualified multidisciplinary Consultant teams to provide Prime Consultant services for the Rothesay Intergenerational Community Complex (RICC). The project includes:
Phase 1: construction of a new arena with an elevated accessible walking track; and
Phase 2: renovation of the existing arena into a multi-use community facility, plus a climate-controlled connecting link with shared public spaces.
The Consultant will lead all architectural and engineering design, public engagement, cost estimating coordination, tender-ready documents, tender support, and full construction administration through commissioning. A mandatory site visit will occur the week of December 8-12, 2025.
Proposal deadline is January 23, 2026 at 4:00pm. Full RFP details are available on NBON.
All proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, technical and financial proposals under separate cover to:

No later than 4 p.m. on January 23, 2026, with the proponent's name, address and the proposal number and title clearly printed on the envelope.

Rothesay Town Hall hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm (closed between 12:00pm to 1:00pm)
