Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Removal and disposal of the existing BUR and SBS roof membrane and insulation assembly down to the surface of the existing vapour retarder / gypsum board surfaces.
.2 A new, insulated 2-Ply modified bituminous roof membrane system will be specified for all roof areas and elevations.
