Description

The City is seeking a qualified partner to lead a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Needs Assessment and to develop a detailed procurement strategy and supporting procurement documents for a future ERP solution. The City will have final approval on all aspects of the RFP prior to public release. This engagement will analyze current and future-state business processes for Finance and Human Resources, forming the foundation for a well-defined and strategic procurement process.
