The selected consultant shall have a thorough knowledge of the Alberta Safety Codes System and appropriate qualified professionals who have experience in implementing the acts, regulations, and codes relevant to municipal safety codes compliance in Alberta. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the building permit approvals process in Rocky View County compared to benchmark municipalities within the Calgary region. The review will provide recommendations.
