Description

The Province is seeking the services of a qualified Consultant Team to conduct stage 2 Preliminary Site Investigations (PSIs) at two locations (Sites 1 and 2) and a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) at two locations (site 3 and 4) in Coquitlam, British Columbia. These investigations must be carried out in accordance with Technical Guidance 11 under the British Columbia Contaminated Sites Regulation (CSR). Based on the results of these investigations, the Consultant Team will be responsible for preparing a Remedial Option Analysis (ROA) as well as a scope-of-work cost estimate to support the development of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP).
