Under this Request for Expressions of Interest ("RFEOI") the City of Vancouver ("City") is seeking expressions of interest from construction and fabrication firms with expertise in fabrication, construction and project management are required to respond to this RFEOI to be shortlisted for the fabrication, installation and complete civil works for a permanent outdoor "Vancouver" sign ("Sign") to be installed at 999 Canada Place - East Plaza by May of 2026 in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFEOI.
