Description

The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Consulting services for the design, contract administration and construction inspection services for the Abernethy Way Extension project from 232 Street to 240 Street in Maple Ridge, BC.

The assignment is to encompass but is not necessarily limited to the following deliverables within the required Engineering Services:
• Project Management
• Preliminary Design and Class C Cost Estimate.
• Detailed Design and Class A Cost Estimate.
• Tender Documents and IFT DWGs.
• Construction Services.
• Post Construction Services.
