Description

BC Hydro is seeking proposals for an Independent Environmental Monitor (IEM). The IEM will be a resource to the Province and will report directly to the Environmental Assessment Office (EAO) and First Nations on project compliance with the Environmental Assessment Certificate (EAC) requirements from January 2026 to June 2038. Proposals for the provision of consulting services (the “Services”) specified in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) shall be received by British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) UNTIL 11:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on January 07, 2026 (the “Closing Time”).

Delivery or completion date is June 30, 2038.
