Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process is to solicit Proposals for the Staffing and Program Supports of twenty (20) Complex Care Housing spaces in Kelowna, BC. These services are to be designed to accommodate Interior Health clients 19 years old and over, with serious mental health and/or substance use challenges that prevent stable and sustained access to housing, and would benefit from intensification of services.
