The City of Richmond (the “ City”) is proposing to engage a Contractor to design and install exhibits highlighting the stories of Steveston’s Japanese Canadian boat builders in two spaces at Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site (the “ Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
