British Columbia Investment Management (BCI) now posts solicitations on the Workday Central platform (“the platform”). Notices of opportunities will be posted to BC Bid with a direct link to the Workday opportunity. All enquiries regarding the below opportunity must be submitted through the platform’s Event Message Centre.

Opportunity:
BCI is issuing this RFP to establish up to six (6) Master Supply Agreements with recruitment firms specialized in placing executive and/or niche roles, for as and when requested services. External recruitment firms are occasionally used for senior level roles such as Vice President (VP), Senior Vice President (SVP), Senior Managing Director (SMD), and Managing Director (MD), as well as for niche or hard to fill positions such as cyber security and performance measurement.
