Description

Installation of Essential Housing for the Village of Lytton.
The Village invites Proponents to submit the best technical and financial Proposals for constructing and/or installing complete single unit homes onto three Village owned properties. Proponents may submit a Proposal for all three properties, or for just an individual property. The Proposals will form the basis for the construction contract.
The Village is seeking to award an Agreement to a qualified, licensed, experienced, reputable, and skilled Proponent to provide for the Village with:
• the fabrication and delivery and installation of single housing units.
• the prefabrication, delivery, and construction of single housing units; and/or
• the construction of single housing units.
