Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents to enter into an agreement with the City of Spruce Grove to provide engineering, design, tendering, and construction management & inspection for the 2-year Project, 2026 King Street Underground Rehabilitation and Surface Renewal (the “Project”). The City intends to find an engineering consultant that has experience in urban design, construction survey, inspection and construction management of underground utilities, and surface infrastructure renewal.
