The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) is to invite prospective bidders (“Bidders”) to submit Bids in order to be included on a list of qualified exterior cleaning and maintenance services providers (the “List of Qualified Contractors”) for the University of the Fraser Valley (“UFV”) that could supply the type of services that could be required by UFV on an “as, if and when” required basis.
