The Work involves the construction of an equipment wash down within the City of Parksville's Public Works Yard on Herring Gull Way. The works include the construction of a reinforced concrete pad, including drain troughs, grating, aluminum access platform, and related appurtenances; common excavation, granular base structure, grading, and asphalt paving; storm service, catch basins, oil/water separator, cleanouts, water service, yard hydrants, and related improvements within the project area.
