Description

The City of Calgary is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding modern, highly configurable/customizable, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions to support our land management and permitting activities. Our goal is to provide a seamless, transparent, and timely experience for applicants, internal staff, and partner agencies. We are exploring options for a digital platform that can streamline end-to-end development and permitting workflows, improve data quality and reporting, and enhance customer service for residents, businesses, and industry professionals. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to better understand the capabilities, implementation approaches, and service models available in the market today. The information collected through this RFI will help the Planning and Development Services business unit refine our requirements, assess potential solution fit, and determine an appropriate approach for any future procurement process (such as a formal Request for Proposals).
