This PQR is issued by the ASHC with the intention of creating a list of Consultants who are pre-qualified to perform Roofing Consulting Services for ASHC-owned housing, who execute the Master Agreement. Under the umbrella of the Master Agreement, the Services and anticipated duration will be identified at the time of issuing each Statement of Work (“SOW”)
