The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency looking for prospective bidders for the supply and installation of new roofing for different properties:

• 7 Bluewater Glace Bay
• 61/63 Ocean Cres Glace Bay
• 33/35 Dolphin Cres. Glace Bay
• 34/36 MacGuire Drive Sydney
• 37/39 MAcDonald Cres. Sydney
• 169/171 Juniper Street Sydney
• 15 Manning Street North Sydney

The work must be fully completed before 31 March 2026

A non-mandatory site tour will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them. The non-mandatory site tour will be held:
