Description

City of Terrace, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the Lakelse Ave Revitalization – 4600 Block

This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work:
• Work is within the 4600 block of Lakelse Avenue from Emerson Street to Kalum Street • Removals of existing pavements, tree stumps drainage piping, lighting, and other infrastructure
• Replacement of 200 mm water main and services
• Replacement of 200 mm sanitary sewer
• Replacement of storm sewer and catch basins
• Relocation of a Portland Loo public washroom
• Structural soil to support tree growth and overlying sidewalk
• Concrete sidewalk and pavers
• Asphalt pavement
• Street trees and plantings
• Street lighting , catenary lighting and traffic signals
• Concrete foundation for large mural wall art piece
• Site furnishings including benches and tables
