Description

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with BTY Consultancy Group Inc. for E545-00 Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre. The additional contract value is $23,200.00 with $133,400.00 completed for the maximum contract value of $156,600.00 plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public RFP process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has been providing project management service for the project since January 2024.

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has extensive knowledge of Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre, and created the documents and is currently executing the work.

Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC) is a Ministry of Health Mandated project of high priority, BTY has showcased a remarkable performance which may be hindered by engaging a new consultant firm that will require time to adjust and perform in an seamless or equal manner.

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has already completed a preceding scope of work with significant relevance to ongoing activities and have established working relationships with the project team and broad stakeholders.

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Automobile Liability insurance coverage for non-owned vehicles of $1,000,000.00

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Excess Liability (in Umbrella form) insurance coverage for $10,000,000.00

BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has a Professional Liability insurance coverage for $2,000,000.00
