Description

Supply Ontario intends to post an RFB to prequalify Bidders for a multi-vendor, Vendor of Record arrangement for Renovation General Contractor Services in the upcoming months. This VOR will be for a period of three years plus three-year optional extension.
Scope of Work
This procurement opportunity offers qualified vendors the chance to deliver high-impact renovation and repair services for existing buildings across Ontario. Projects will support a diverse portfolio of clients—including ministries, government agencies, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions—ensuring safe, modern, and efficient spaces. Our scope includes restoring, upgrading, and maintaining structures to meet current standards and exceed client expectations, contributing to the long-term value and functionality of critical infrastructure.
