Sealed hard copy bid submissions shall be received by the Clerk of the Township of SouthWest Oxford at his office (312915 Dereham Line, Mt. Elgin, Ontario, N0J 1N0), no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, January 28, 2026

Overview:
o The cleanout of approximately 34m of the East Branch of the Hiram Allin Drain.
o The new construction of 268m of open ditch.
o The installation of approximately 705m of 350mm to 525mm diameter concrete field tile and HDPE pipe.
o The installation of four (4) concrete catch basins
